During the transition to our new websites, user accounts were moved over to the new sites, but passwords were not, leaving users with user accounts but no passwords. We appreciate your patience as we work through these and other issues with the site.
If you’re in this situation and are looking to login for the first time on this site, here’s some options to help you.
Note: If you use multiple Embarcadero sites, and want to login to each of them, you will need to repeat these steps for your email address on each site.
First, find the Sign In button in the upper right corner on the site. It may look like this:
Or, if you’re using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet, the Sign In button may look like this:
When you click on it, you should receive a window that looks like this:
The above is the default Sign In window. From this window, you should be able to enter your previously registered email address and press the Continue button. The window should change to look like this:
If you do not know your password or do not have a password yet, press the Forgot Password button opening a window that looks like this:
Enter your email and press the Reset Password button to send yourself a password reset email. Within this email will be a link with instructions explaining how to set your password. Once you have set your password, return to the site and sign in again.
If the above method is not successful, alternatively, you can use the Email me a one-time code instead option. This will email you a one-time use code to login to the site. Don’t close the window while you’re waiting for the code as it will need to be entered in the window when you get it.
Once you receive the code and enter it into the window, you will be logged into the site.
If, by chance, you enter your email address and the window gives you a message like this:
The above means the address you’re using is not registered on the site you’re trying to login to. It is possible your account is under another email address.
