Victor Soltero and JulieAnn Lockwood, both of Danville, were married at a private ceremony in Martinez on Friday, March 25. Victor is the son of Sen. and Mrs. Victor Soltero of Tucson, Ariz., and JulieAnn is the daughter of Donald A. Cilano of Rochester, N.Y. Victor attended the University of Arizona and is a customer business manager with Unilever Corp. in Pleasanton. JulieAnn attended Rochester Institute of Technology and is the Internet manager with Mercedes Benz in Walnut Creek. The couple honeymooned in Maui and Oahu in Hawaii.
