Blackhawk Plaza will host a children’s chalk garden where children can draw or write special “thank you” messages to their moms from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday, May 9, at Blackhawk Plaza. Children will also be able to decorate a flower pot and create a flower as a special gift for Mom; crafts available while supplies last. This event is free. Call 736-2751.
