Role Player’s Ensemble Theater presents “The House of Blue Leaves,” directed by author and local columnist Margot Abbott, 8-10 p.m., Friday, Nov. 6 through Saturday, Nov. 21, The Village Theater, 233 Front St., Danville. The House of Blue Leaves was written in 1971 and won the Obie award as the best American play. Cost is $15-25. There is a preview and actors benefit at 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 5.
