Judy Lloyd, vice chairman of the Lincoln Club of Northern California, will moderate this meet-and-greet event with the candidates who are running for the 11th District Congressional Seat hosted by the San Ramon Valley Republican Women Federated starting at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 26, at the Crow Canyon Country Club, 711 Silver Lake Dr., Danville.     Shouldn’t the promotion of the Republican Campaign to recapture the 11th District congressional membership define the host group and Ms. Lloyd as a candidate? In addition, your readers should understand that The Lincoln Club of Northern California is a Republican Political Action Committee covering the entire bay area and is marketing Republican candidates in many bay area races.

    Judy Lloyd has served the community in private and public sector positions for more than 25 years as a community leader on the federal, state, and local level and as an advocate for business and innovation.

    Lloyd co-owns Altamont Solutions, a custom software company. Her commitment to service led to the conception of Altamont Strategies, which offers customized approaches to building targeted development and advocacy campaigns for non-profit organizations. In addition, Lloyd serves as Vice President of the East Bay Board of California Women Lead, a statewide non-profit. She is a member of Women Impacting Public Policy, the Contra Costa Taxpayers Association, the Lincoln Club of Northern California, and the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce. Lloyd also volunteers as a member of the Pleasanton Sentinels of Freedom Mentoring Team.

    Previously, Lloyd was appointed by two US Presidents and three Cabinet Members to serve in the federal executive branch at the US Departments of Labor and Agriculture. She also served in a senior role on the staff of US Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole, as a staff member in the US House of Representatives, and as a state appointee under Governor Schwarzenegger on the California Coastal Commission.
