Starting today, Thursday, April 1, you may purchase tickets at East Bay Flower Co, 206 Sycamore Valley Road in the Livery in downtown Danville for the 10th Annual Danville-Alamo Branch of AAUW Garden Tour. There will be eight gardens in Alamo and Danville at this garden tour that will be held from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday-Sunday, May 7-8. You may also purchase tickets through the mail by sending a check payable to “Danville-Alamo AAUW EF” include a business sized, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: AAUW Garden Tour, 400 Cliffside Dr., Danville, 94526. Tickets are $30 if postmarked by April 30; $35 thereafter; $25 for seniors throughout the ticket sale period. No children under 12 years old. Call 831-1784 or visit www.aauw-da.org.

Actually one garden planned for our Danville-Alamo AAUW tour have a 250 year old heritage oak fall down about ten days ago and we have had to postpone seeing that garden until next year. But we have seven lovely gardens that are getting better and better every day. Hope that you can attend.
