Hospice of the East Bay invites the public to participate in its 24th annual Tree of Lights ceremony tonight at the Blackhawk ceremony at 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 3, at the corner of Blackhawk Rd. and Blackhawk Dr. Each light on every tree is symbolic of a life and will shine in honor or memory of a beloved friend or family member.
