San Ramon Regional Medical Center is offering an educational series on diabetes self-management. Classes will present an overview of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, healthy eating, exercise, and complications. A physician referral is required. Medicare and other insurances may accept payment. The classes are from 3-5 p.m., Wednesdays, Feb. 8, 15, 22, and 29. The classes will be held in the West Day Room, South Building, 7777 Norris Canyon Road, San Ramon. To enroll in the class, call Barbara Reis, R.D., Certified Diabetes Educator, at 275-6018.
