Chef and author David Kinch will discuss and sign his new cookbook, “Manresa: An Edible Reflection,” this evening in Danville.
Kinch is the chef and proprietor of Manresa Restaurant in Los Gatos, which has been awarded two Michelin stars for six consecutive years.
Manresa creates thought-provoking dishes and unconventional pairings that aimed at reflecting the passion and philosophies of its creator, Kinch.
The book signing is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. tonight at Rakestraw Books in Danville. The event is free, and reservations are encouraged. For more information, call 837-7337.
