Four local high school students are the San Ramon Valley Republican Women Federated’s annual scholarship winners.

Kathryn Clark of California High, Isabella Salazar of Dougherty Valley High, Carly Zenker of Monte Vista High and Mikayla Flicek of Dougherty Valley High are four of the five winners of $1,000 scholarships.

Scholarship winners must have a 3.5 grade point average or better, demonstrate leadership skills, be a graduating senior living in San Ramon Valley and a registered Republican.

All four young women will be honored at the Annual Scholarship Award Luncheon, along with the fifth scholarship winner Natalie Baldacci of Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek.

The scholarship winners will also be joined by two Republican candidates, Judge Tue Phan running for Congress 11th District and Catharine Baker running for Assembly 16th District.

The luncheon will take place May 27 at Crow Canyon Country Club, 711 Silver Lake Dr. in Danville. The social with the candidates starts at 11:30 a.m., followed by a lunch at noon.

Lunch is $25 and tickets can be purchased online or by emailing srvrwf.lunch@gmail.com. Reservations are due by this Thursday (May 22).
