The San Ramon City Council is set to discuss the addition of a new Family Justice Center location in the city at their next regular meeting.
District 2 Supervisor Candace Andersen is set to join the council to lead the discussion on the planned new outpost for Contra Costa Family Justice Center, which currently has west, central and east center locations throughout the county as well as a Solano center in Fairfield. The new center in San Ramon would be the south county location for the regional program.
Councilmembers are set to meet Tuesday (March 12) at 7 p.m. to discuss a light agenda, with no action items scheduled or staff reports attached beyond a five-item consent calendar. The agenda is available here.

*The council is set to issue a proclamation declaring March as Prescription Drug abuse Awareness month.
*The council is set to recognize the Teen Leadership Program’s recent statewide award from California Parks and Recreation for Excellence for Creating Community.
*In a closed session following the public meeting, councilmembers are set to confer with city staff over labor negotiations with the San Ramon Police Officers’ Association and unrepresented employees in the department.
