SPARC in Danville
SPARC Theatre’s production of “Sir John Falstaff and The Merry Wives of Windsor” has made its way to an indoor stage at the Village Theatre in Danville following its run for this year’s Shakespeare in the Vineyard.
This weekend marks the production’s official Family Day on Sunday, geared specifically toward families with young children.
“This special matinee provides an opportunity for families to enjoy and learn about Shakespeare together in a fun and welcoming setting,” town officials said in a press release earlier in the summer.
Children and students can receive discounted tickets for the Family Day matinee with the promo code SHAKESPEAREFAM.
In addition to the Family Day show at 2 p.m. Sunday, tickets remain available for shows at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and next weekend, closing out with a regular Sunday matinee on Aug. 24 at 2 p.m. Tickets and more information are available here.

“He’ll provide a behind the scenes look at how his Committee and House Democrats are using every legislative tool at our disposal to push back against Republicans’ harmful policies in Congress,” DeSaulnier said in an announcement Wednesday.
DeSaulnier will also provide updates and answer questions on a range of topics.
