  1. I love to workout at the Dailey Method in Downtown Danville. It keeps me in shape and the instructors always keep the classes challenging and fun. Love it!

  2. I too enjoy a fine workout. My August routine includes 12 ounce curls, holding down our very heavy couch via gravity, and pumping my jaw muscles while chewing Cheezy Poofs. Who needs spinach anyway?
