Police are investigating a string of residential burglaries on the east side of San Ramon after seven reports between Saturday, Nov. 5 and Wednesday, Nov. 9.
The daytime burglaries have occurred across town at single-family homes, said Investigations Sgt. Cary Goldberg. The burglar or burglars have used several different methods of entry to steal various items including household electronics and personalized identifying information.
Police believe that the burglaries may be related but, so far, have very few leads.
“Witnesses to some of the different burglaries have given varying accounts of individuals they have seen in the area,” Goldberg said.
