Local winners of the 2011 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award were honored at the Round Hill Country Club on Nov. 14. Danville’s Dynamic Office and Accounting Solutions owner Tiffany Stuart, Norm’s Place owner Cindy Walsh and Dawn Duggar, of San Ramon-based Lea Journo Cosmetique, were lauded for the positive impacts they have had on the San Ramon Valley.
