Danville officials are looking for local Scout troops to lead the Pledge of Allegiance at the beginning of each Town Council meeting.
Scouts of all ages can participate. The council meets regularly on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall at 201 Front St.

I am so happy to hear that our country’s pledge is still be said at a public meetin .
