Personnel file: Marckwardt joins local Union Bank as senior mortgage consultant

Union Bank in San Ramon recently announced it has hired Hillary Marckwardt as a vice president and senior mortgage consultant.

Marckwardt joined the MUFG Union Bank branch at 3223 Crow Canyon Road this summer after working as sales manager at Scorewell, Inc., has more than 15 years of banking experience, company officials said.

“Hillary brings her 15 years of mortgage lending experience to Union Bank in the Bay Area,” Danielle Kenney, managing director and regional sales manager, said in a statement. “We are happy to add her to our team of mortgage consultants. Her expertise in assisting home-buyers will benefit clients looking to buy a new home or re-finance.”

Marckwardt studied hotel management at Chico State University, and she previously worked as a loan rep closing loans for retail and mortgage brokers with World Savings and Loan, according to Union Bank officials.
