The Danville Senior Center is getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit two days early with a traditional Irish luncheon for seniors on Wednesday afternoon.

The luncheon, running from noon to 1:30 p.m., will feature corned beef and trimmings provided by downtown restaurant McGah’s Pub and Pianos.

Open to attendees 55 years old and older, the luncheon costs $10 for Danville residents and $12 for non-residents. Registration remains open online, with 44 spots still available as of Sunday night.
