San Ramon city officials will be revamping the city’s website this year, and they are reaching out to the community for feedback through an online survey.
Currently, the city is planning to incorporate into the new site the following features and improvements: a responsive web design for all screens and platforms, improved navigation, a clearer architecture for finding information, more user-friendly citizen engagement tools and increased visual designs, officials said.
The survey asks users to share their thoughts on the type of information they are looking for or what tasks they hope to accomplish on the website, along with any suggestions they might have for the new website and other online services.
