Maintenance work on Danville’s Old Oak Tree will lead to lane closures on Diablo Road on Thursday.
The maintenance work is being completed in preparation for the annual Lighting of the Old Oak Tree on Nov. 24.
From 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, one lane will be closed in either direction on Diablo Road at the Old Oak Tree, located downtown near the intersection of Diablo Road and West El Pintado.
Motorists are asked to drive with caution and expect delays through the area.
