The California Highway Patrol reported at least one person died in a crash on the freeway connector from southbound Interstate 680 to westbound I-580 in Dublin on Friday night.

The crash, which occurred just before 8:30 p.m., closed lanes on the highway connector until about 11:15 p.m. Friday.

The CHP did not release any other details about the fatal crash over the weekend.
