The San Ramon Valley school board is set to discuss a complaint against district employees and two cases of potential litigation at a closed-session meeting Monday morning.
Two items are listed on the agenda for the special meeting.
The board members will first consider an appeal of an undisclosed investigation report and findings in a complaint issued against district employees.
They will then confer with legal counsel regarding two unspecified cases of potential litigation.
The meeting is scheduled to take place from 8:30-10 a.m. Monday at the district complex, 699 Old Orchard Drive in, Danville. The public can attend and comment to board members before they adjourn behind closed doors to discuss the matters.
