“Venus” by guest artist Carol Tarzier is part of the new Alamo Danville Artists’ Society exhibit, “Radiance,” opening at the Blackhawk Gallery on Friday to run through Sept. 16.
An opening reception from 5-7 p.m., Saturday will include wine and hors d’oeuvres and is free and open to the public.
“Radiance” includes sculptures and paintings by Tarzier as well as paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, photographs and wearable art by 40 members of ADAS.
The gallery is located in Blackhawk Plaza and is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays. For more information, visit adas4art.org.
