Danville Mayor Robert Storer is set to lead the annual State of the Town and Awards Luncheon on Thursday.
Set to be held at Danville’s Crow Canyon Country Club and organized by the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, Storer will discuss the issues facing the town, the achievements it has accomplished and honor the chamber’s Community Award winners for 2018.
Community Awards to be distributed to exceptional people in the following categories: Business Person of the Year, Business of the Year, Charitable Organization of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Employee of the Year.
This is Storer’s second time serving as Danville’s mayor, having previously served in the position in 2014.
The State of the Town and Awards Luncheon is scheduled for Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Crow Canyon Country Club. Pre-registration was required.
