Prepare for a night of laughs next week as Village Theatre and Art Gallery puts on its monthly comedy night, “Comedy with Liz Grant and Friends.”
The performances will feature Liz Grant and Steve Mazan, along with guests Teddy Hull and Victor Pacheco.
Grant is a Bay Area native that has written, produced and starred her work in several comedy shows including the Danville comedy monthly series. Grant has worked with famous comedians such as Dana Carvey and Robin Williams, in creating comedy. She continues her work as a comedian as she creates more to share and perform.
Mazan will be the featured guest comedian for this month’s comedy series, where he will bring his comic wit onto stage with Grant. An Emmy-winning comedy writer, Mazan is known for his TV appearance on “Late Night Show with David Letterman,” along with writing material for the Ellen Degeneres talk show and multiple TED talks.
The Danville show will be set to play on Aug. 8 and will start at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online on the Village Theatre website for $20 and can be bought at the box office for $25.
