The Danville Town Council is scheduled to review a series of reports from local and regional agencies during its regular meeting on Tuesday, and residents are invited to view the meeting online.

Set to meet via the video teleconferencing app Zoom, Town Council members and staff will be on hand to hear annual reports from the Southwest Area Transportation Committee, Tri-Valley Transportation Council and the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District.
Each committee and agency will have a representative on hand to review their groups activities over the past year and to touch on future goals and projects.
The council will also issue a special proclamation to Patty Hoyt, prevention coordinator at the Discovery Counseling Center, recognizing March as Prescription Drug Abuse Awareness Month.
Residents can view the Danville Town Council’s regular meeting at 5 p.m. on Tuesday (March 2), via video teleconferencing application Zoom, which can be accessed using Webinar ID 892 6927 1038.
Residents can provide live comments during the meeting, by signing into the Zoom meeting and clicking the “Raise Your Hand” option in Zoom. When the agenda item is opened to public comment speakers can press the option and will have up to 3 minutes to share their comments.
Residents can also submit comments for the meeting by contacting the city clerk at 925-314-3307 or cityclerk@danville.ca.gov prior to 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
