Flaring on Tuesday night at Martinez Refining Company will happen intermittingly over the next few days, the refinery said Wednesday.

New legislation could make computer science a high school graduation requirement

Legislation being introduced by Assemblymember Marc Berman (D-Palo Alto) would require that all public high schools in California offer at least one computer science course and would establish computer science as a high school graduation requirement.
