Contra Costa County Supervisor Mary N. Peipho, District 3, will be holding two Town Hall meetings in the upcoming month addressing Avian Flu and Disaster Preparedness.
The first meeting will be held at San Ramon Valley High School from 10 a.m.-noon, Saturday, Feb. 4. The second will be held at Brentwood Community Center a week later.
Constituents will have a chance to learn about Avian Flu and how to prepare in case of emergency. Supervisor Piepho and staff from the Sheriff’s Department and the Health Department will also be on hand to discuss these topics.
