Ron McGee, otherwise known as “Python Ron,” turned a live ball python into a temporary belt for Akanksha Trilokekar of Danville last week at the Danville Library where he showed a group of almost 100 kids his collection of reptiles from around the world. Kids sat in amazement as McGee taught them what snakes and lizards eat, how they survive, and where they live. McGee also brings his reptiles for kids to see and touch at educational theme parties. “I love my job. I get to goof off for a living,” he said.
