A recent study from Norway showed older siblings are smartest. Who is the smartest of your siblings?
It’s funny because I am the youngest of six, so I should be brain dead. But I think my siblings feel I’m pretty doggone smart. We’re all smart in different ways. There’s book smarts and street smarts and emotional smarts. Some people are perfectly smart, but they don’t test well.Vicki Wright

It’s hard to say. We all have different interests. My sister is a teacher; my brother is a product manager. I am the youngest and I am starting my Ph.D. in physics next year. I’m better at math because that’s what I’m interested in.

My youngest has a very high I.Q. I was so young when I had my first, 19 years old. I was 32 when I had my youngest and I had more time to spend with him. Maybe there is a correlation.

It’s probably true that the eldest is the smartest. The parents have more time to spend with the older child. I was an only child, so I got a lot of attention.

First you have to define “smart.” They all have different smarts, talents and abilities. Intellect comes with wanting to know and learn.
