Trial delayed for second time in Moseby case

A jury trial in the criminal case against former San Ramon Valley biology teacher and cheer coach Nicholas Moseby in which he is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges for allegations of sexual abuse and harassment involving minors is now set to begin this summer following a second delay that has led the trial to be rescheduled.
