The art gallery at Danville’s Village Theatre is showcasing the work of San Ramon Valley students through the “Innovate to Elevate” exhibit.
The exhibit on display through March 28 features a diverse array of artwork created by middle and high schoolers from various San Ramon Valley Unified campuses.

From intricate paintings and detailed drawings to cutting-edge digital designs, Innovate to Elevate exemplifies SRVUSD’s commitment to fostering artistic expression and innovation among its students, organizers wrote in their description of the event.
The youth artists with works in the exhibit include students from Charlotte Wood Middle School, Diablo Vista Middle School, Dougherty Valley High School, Los Cerros Middle School, Monte Vista High School, Pine Valley Middle School, San Ramon Valley High School and Del Amigo High School.
The exhibit has been underway for nearly a month with an opening reception held on Jan 30. The event was attended by several local officials, including school board members and town council members lauding the creativity and skill of the young artists.
“Innovate to Elevate is a powerful showcase of our students’ creativity, talent, and vision for the future,” said SRVUSD Superintendent CJ Cammack. “This event both highlights their artistic abilities and reflects the spirit of innovation, originality and imaginative ideas that we nurture across our schools.”
The Village Theatre and Art Gallery is located at 233 Front St. in Danville. More information is available at danville.ca.gov.
