Half a dozen businesses are slated to open at Hacienda Crossings in Dublin this year.
Incoming tenants include Yemeni coffee house Sana’a CafĂ©, juice and smoothie bar Jamba as well as retailers World Market, 88 Cardhouse, Miniso and Sally Beauty.
Combined with business openings last year, the shopping center is poised to see turn-over in about a third of its storefronts over the course of two years.
“We’re excited to welcome these new tenants to Hacienda Crossings,” marketing director Brandi Hardy said in a statement announcing incoming tenants Sana’a CafĂ©, World Market, 88 Cardhouse and Sally Beauty. “Each brings something unique to the shopping center, from nationally recognized retail brands to locally owned businesses that foster community and create memorable experiences for our guests.”
Of the incoming businesses, Sally Beauty is expected to be one of the first to open.

Set to launch this month, the cosmetic and beauty supply retailer will have a 1,796-square-foot storefront, Hacienda Crossings officials said.
Around the corner, Jamba is also expected to reopen this month at the same site as its former location.
Next up, 88 Cardhouse is set to open in August.
88 Cardhouse is currently operating a store in Newark, where it specializes in trading card games, gaming accessories and related events.
Similar to the Newark location, 88 Cardhouse in Dublin is set to host tournaments, events and community programming at a 5,200-square-foot store front, according to Hacienda Crossings officials.
Between September and October, family-owned Sana’a CafĂ© is scheduled to open its doors to serve Yemeni coffees and teas, specialty drinks, fresh pastries and desserts.

Yemeni coffee has been known for hundreds of years as having complex flavor profiles with notes of chocolate, spice, fruit and earthiness, according to the company website.
“At Sana’a Café, we honor this heritage by celebrating the traditions, hospitality, and craftsmanship that made Yemeni coffee famous while creating a modern café experience that welcomes everyone,” according to the company website.
The flagship café is located in San Francisco with additional shops in Oakland, San Rafael, Sacramento, Lake Forest and Los Angeles.
The upcoming location at Hacienda Crossings is set to take over the former site of Starbucks.
On the other side of Hacienda Crossings, World Market is expected to open in October to offer an assortment of furniture, home décor and international foods and products. The site was formerly home to sporting goods store Any Mountain.
Next door, China-based variety retailer Miniso is planning to open at the former Party City location prior to the winter holidays.
Miniso sells products such as clothing, home goods, toys, collectibles, bags, beauty and personal care products.

“The new additions continue Hacienda Crossings’ evolution as a premier East Bay destination, offering visitors a dynamic blend of shopping, dining, entertainment, and community experiences in one convenient location,” Hacienda Crossings officials said in a statement regarding four of the incoming businesses.
Newcomers will join shopping center additions from last year such as Activate Games and restaurants Joe’s Pho, Tequila Bar & Grill and Pearl Bay Manor.

Across the parking lot, El Dorado Modern Mexican & Cantina and Middle Eastern-style Dish N Dash recently opened as well. However, they are not considered to be Hacienda Crossings tenants due to a difference in lessor, according to shopping center officials – although both restaurants are listed on Hacienda Crossings’ online directory.
A restaurant rumored to open, Follow the Chicken, did not have any window clings marking it as coming soon to Hacienda Crossings, but the shopping center’s website displays the restaurant as coming to a space adjacent to Joe’s Pho.
