The San Ramon Teen Council is set to present their annual report to the San Ramon City Council this week as part of a light agenda, with the City Council also poised to appoint 17 applicants for fresh terms on the body.
The report is part of the procedure in place requiring annual reports from all of the city’s committees, aimed at highlighting their “operations, accomplishments and work plans” according to a staff report from Recreation Supervisor Jessica Reaber.
Teen Council Chair Sadhana Tadepalli is set to lead the presentation, with the council set to proceed with its work plan and goals for the coming year, according to Reaber’s staff report.Â
The San Ramon City Council will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday (May 14).The agenda is available here.
In other business
*As an item of routine business on their consent agenda, the city council is poised to appoint 18 applicants including two alternates for fresh terms on the Teen Council through July 2025.
*The city council is set to present a proclamation to Interim Public Works Director Maria Fierner recognizing May 19 to May 25 as National Public Works Week.
*The city council is set to meet with city staff for a closed-session discussion on labor negotiations with the San Ramon Police Officers Association and the department’s police chief, captain, and lieutenant.
