Danville residents and visitors can eat, drink and enjoy the work of local artisans at the 14th annual Art & Wine Stroll, taking place downtown this Thursday.
The event is sponsored by the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce and features 20 different tasting locations.
The “stroll” officially is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building at 400 Hartz Ave., though participants can pick up their wine glasses a half-hour earlier. It’s expected to last until 9 p.m.
The event costs $35 per wine-drinker and $15 per designated driver; the ticket includes a commemorative wine glass, wine tasting, a town of Danville tote bag, small bites and entertainment.
