Blood, Sweat & Tears, a contemporary “jazz-rock” American music group, is coming to San Ramon this weekend as part of the 10th season of entertainment at the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center.
The performance will take place at 8 p.m. on Saturday at the performing arts center, located at 10550 Albion Road.
The band was founded in 1967 and fuses rock, blues, pop music, horn arrangements and jazz improvisation into a hybrid “jazz-rock” style.
They perform the works of songwriters such as Laura Nyro, James Taylor, The Band, the Rolling Stones and Billie Holiday.
Tickets cost $64 and can be purchased online or at the Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center box office.
