Construction crews are shutting down the El Cerro Boulevard onramp to southbound Interstate 680 in Danville on Monday for continued work on the soundwall replacement project in the area, according to Caltrans.

The ramp will be closed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday (Oct. 12) so workers can reset concrete barriers, according to Caltrans.

Motorists seeking to access southbound I-680 in the area should use alternate onramps nearby, such as Stone Valley Road in Alamo or Sycamore Valley Road in Danville, according to Caltrans.
