The Danville Town Council is closing out the month with a special meeting, during which it will hold interviews and look toward appointing new members to three local commissions and two seats representing the town on county advisory bodies.

Applicants are set to join the council at the Town Offices as it conducts interviews for positions on the town’s Parks, Recreation and Art Commission, Senior Advisory Commission, and Bicycle Advisory Commission, as well as the Contra Costa Library Commission and the County Connection Citizens Advisory Committee.

The council is convening at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday (June 30). The agenda is available here.
