The longstanding Bella Roma Pizzeria in Livermore is currently up for sale, following its purchase last year by current ownership, restaurant representatives confirmed to Livermore Vine.
Located at 853 E Stanley Blvd., the eatery — also known as Bella Roma Pizza — has been serving slices for over 30 years, according to its online real estate listing by Century 21 Commercial. In addition to pizzas, the eatery is also known for its pasta dishes, fresh salads and specialty calzones.
The establishment is listed for sale at $190,000, but it is not immediately clear why the owner of Bella Roma Pizzeria is selling the restaurant.
“With a loyal customer base, solid online reviews and consistent revenue, Bella Roma Pizza offers a rare opportunity for an owner-operator or investor to step into a thriving business with room to grow,” the online listing reads.
Restaurant ownership declined to comment beyond confirming the sale of the business and its previous purchase.
