Two incumbent vice mayors are the top fundraisers among San Ramon Valley candidates ahead of Election Day, with Marisol Rubio of San Ramon raising about $23,000 and Robert Storer of Danville bringing in $15,000 as of Nov. 2, campaign finance records show. Both are significantly outpacing their opponents and other local candidates, most of whom have reported raising less than $5,000.
